Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop the roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
  • •Ensure reliability, scalability and extendibility of the core product offering.
  • •Decide what the team will not do to maintain focus and impact.
  • •Manage the engineering team and set up systems and processes for growth and development.
  • •Act as a hands-on player-coach for the team, spending roughly 50% of time coding and 50% in management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 270,000 annually
