Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop the roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
•Ensure reliability, scalability and extendibility of the core product offering.
•Decide what the team will not do to maintain focus and impact.
•Manage the engineering team and set up systems and processes for growth and development.
•Act as a hands-on player-coach for the team, spending roughly 50% of time coding and 50% in management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 270,000 annually

•4-7 years of experience building and shipping software in production (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
•Interest in the intersection of technology, healthcare, and product thinking.
•Comfortable in ambiguity and prioritizing impact over perfection.
