Key Responsibilities

•Lead and deliver technology project implementations across multiple countries within a regional delivery model.
•Interpret and manage contractual obligations to align scope, commercial terms, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
•Engage CXO and senior stakeholders to manage escalations, navigate complex situations, and build trusted client relationships.
•Apply technical expertise across Microsoft opportunities (Azure, Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Power Platforms) to challenge teams and support architecture/integration and solution decisions.
•Manage fixed-price projects end-to-end with strong governance across scope/change, planning/scheduling, financial tracking/cost control, risk mitigation, and delivery execution, while driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of total working experience in technology project implementation with regional scope across more than 3–5 countries.
•Experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects, demonstrating strong governance in scope, change, planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
•Confidently engage CXO and senior business stakeholders, handle escalations and difficult conversations, and build long-term client relationships.
•Technical depth in Microsoft Platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM and Power Platforms, to challenge delivery teams and contribute to architecture/integration discussions.
•Proven ability to independently manage large, complex ERP/CRM end-to-end projects, including delivering from initiation through closure.
