•Translate business needs into structured recruitment plans with requirements, timelines, and quality expectations using data.
•Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market insights, and effective talent acquisition strategies.
•Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, align interview teams, prepare candidate shortlists, and support compliant hiring decisions.
•Guide the offer process within compensation guidelines, manage candidate expectations, and support onboarding while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Talent Onboarding, or a related field.
•Experience recruiting in FMCG or complex environments (strong advantage).
•Strong skills in stakeholder management, end-to-end recruitment delivery, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
•Ability to deliver data-driven recruitment planning and consistently follow policies, legal standards, and ethical guidelines.
