As a trusted styling advisor, you’ll greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide styling recommendations that help customers build complete looks with Kate Spade products. You’ll drive results through storytelling and strong product knowledge, maintain operational excellence (stockroom organization and POS transactions), and use feedback to improve the guest experience during a flexible retail schedule.
