Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of charitable partnerships, employee engagement programs, and events across EMEA and APAC, managing timelines, workflows, and milestones.
  • •Identify, vet, and manage nonprofit partners across EMEA and APAC, including partnership requests, funding commitments, and program deliverables.
  • •Coordinate regional charitable activity such as volunteer initiatives, fundraising campaigns, nonprofit board service, and internal grant competitions.
  • •Manage the global charitable committee network across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC by serving as primary point of contact for regional and business unit committee leads and driving consistent processes.
  • •Track and report on program budgets, grant allocations, and engagement metrics; maintain the employee engagement and giving platform (Deed) and organized program records in internal systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in event planning, program management, corporate employee engagement, or a related field.
  • •Proven ability to manage events or large-scale employee engagement initiatives end-to-end, including post-event reporting.
  • •Strong organizational skills with ownership mindset and sound judgment.
  • •Ability to coordinate across regions and stakeholders to deliver charitable programs and initiatives.
