Serve as a senior legal advisor within the Digital Legal Team, supporting digital business and product growth. •Lead and negotiate complex and novel commercial and technology deals across software, SaaS, cloud, AI, data, and partnerships/channel agreements.
•Partner with product and engineering teams from idea to launch to enable connected products, digital services, and software.
•Drive partnerships, channel and ecosystem relationships, and new go-to-market models as the digital business grows.
•Provide cybersecurity legal support for digital businesses and help lead customer resolution processes while advising leadership on legal and market developments.

•Must be able to travel at least 10% of the time.
