Engineering Manager

Lead a team of design engineers and drafting personnel to support mechanical engineering design activities for the North American aftermarket business. Serve as an in-house expert tied to Wood’s products and services, overseeing workflow, mentoring staff, and developing client relationships. Ensure drawings and calculations are reviewed, coordinate with third-party design companies, and advise engineering solutions using relevant codes and standards while preparing proposals, estimates, and technical documentation.
