Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with the Owner through pre-construction, including RFQ document preparation and proposal/interview participation.
  • •Manage the site acquisition and CEQA process; oversee design phase coordination, meetings, and design review comment resolution.
  • •Monitor onsite construction activities and monthly schedule updates, including materials/equipment verification and time impact analysis for delays.
  • •Maintain and manage construction documentation: Monthly Reports, progress/payment logs, and PCO/CO logs; update project files to support issue/dispute tracking.
  • •Coordinate contractors’ weekly progress meetings and manage RFIs/RFCs, submittals, deficiencies, and inspections with the Inspector of Record and AHJs.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •15+ years of relevant experience with progressive design-build delivery.
  • •8+ years of experience in California, including 8 years as an Owner’s representative.
  • •Experience with the CEQA process.
  • •Experience working on California Public Works or federal projects, including renovation and ground-up new construction.
