Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the day-to-day point of contact for HR questions across onboarding, policy interpretation, benefits, and performance management.
  • •Support GTM managers and employees while remaining the go-to HR resource for every team in the London office.
  • •Handle employee relations matters with discretion, escalating and partnering with senior People Partners as needed.
  • •Coordinate core HR cycles including performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement surveys for the London office.
  • •Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; support hiring and onboarding logistics with Talent Acquisition and help build People processes and documentation as the office grows.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist capacity, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth tech company.
  • •Exposure to a Sales, Customer Success, or other GTM/commercial client group is a strong plus.
  • •Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a first point of contact for employees at all levels.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
