Job Summary

Own day-to-day front office and workplace operations for Clio’s Greater Sydney site, providing reception and visitor/employee access support, maintaining a clean and well-stocked workplace, and coordinating facility inspections and repairs. Plan and host internal and external events, collaborate with People/IT/OCEO partners to execute workplace programs, and help manage workplace technology, security, vendors, and expense tracking to improve the local employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage front office and reception, including visitor/employee sign-in and access systems, mail management, and shipping/receiving.
•Maintain office space through regular facility inspections, light cleaning, stocking, and coordination of repairs and deficiency tracking.
•Coordinate and host internal and external events for the Sydney office and community.
•Maintain workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and federal regulations, collaborating with People, IT, and OCEO.
•Serve as the local contact for onsite design-build projects, renovations, office relocations, and support workplace technology, physical security, vendors, and expense tracking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AUD 89,700 - 121,300 annually
