Job Summary

Join the Corporate Services Finance team as a Business Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Partner with finance stakeholders to understand requirements, map current and future processes, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll produce business requirements and user stories, collaborate with project and technology teams to deliver solutions, and support testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews to improve efficiency and decision-making.

•2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally delivering business and technology change in Financial Services or regulated environments.
•Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting end-to-end change delivery.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on process optimisation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
•Experience working with Finance teams or finance-related processes.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate for reporting, analytics, and workflow automation.
