Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and monitor implementation of Fit & Wear product testing guidelines across T1 PTCs in China, including setup, standardization, rollout, and ensuring timely completion.
  • •Train, coach, and support Factory Product Testing teams and T1 Supplier Test Analysts on PUMA testing standards, reporting requirements, and fit and wear reporting tools.
  • •Coordinate seasonal fit and wear testing across Development, Engineering, and Production, and participate in product review meetings to identify risks and trigger corrective testing.
  • •Manage laboratory operations by implementing T1 Laboratory Management guidelines, supporting development/manufacturing/QA testing requests, and ensuring audit-ready records and corrective action closure.
  • •Evaluate laboratory processes, testing methods, equipment calibration, safety compliance, and documentation; organize product test trials and provide ongoing training as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Material Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in product testing (Fit & Wear) and/or laboratory management, ideally in an international footwear brand or supplier-based environment.
  • •Strong conceptual thinking, learning agility, and good interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • •Fluent in Chinese and English.
  • •Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
