Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end operational quality for booking ingestion, commission tracking, quality assurance, and advisor payout execution to improve accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and eliminate recurring exceptions.
  • •Own operational partnership with Finance, including escalation paths for supplier disputes, invoice corrections, and compliance matters.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to define operational requirements for advisor-facing earnings and payout tools and advocate for scalable solutions.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across headquarters and the Philippines, and establish operational metrics and reporting frameworks.
