Job Summary

Lead the Product Operations Payments function to ensure accurate booking ingestion, commission tracking, quality assurance, and advisor payout execution. Partner with Finance on supplier disputes, invoice corrections, and compliance, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to define scalable payout and earnings tooling. Build operational excellence through automation, process improvements, KPI reporting, and data-driven root-cause analysis, while leading and developing a distributed team across HQ and the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end operational quality for booking ingestion, commission tracking, quality assurance, and advisor payout execution to improve accuracy and timeliness.
•Identify and implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and eliminate recurring exceptions.
•Own operational partnership with Finance, including escalation paths for supplier disputes, invoice corrections, and compliance matters.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to define operational requirements for advisor-facing earnings and payout tools and advocate for scalable solutions.
•Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across headquarters and the Philippines, and establish operational metrics and reporting frameworks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8 to 12 years of operations experience in a marketplace, fintech, payments, travel, or high-growth technology environment, with hands-on operational leadership.
•Demonstrated success balancing strategic thinking with end-to-end execution and operational excellence.
•Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing partners across Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
•Strong analytical capabilities including defining KPIs, building operational reporting, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong judgment to make decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and escalate risk when needed.
