•Drive cross-functional initiatives — Align Engineering, Treasury, Tax, Regulatory, PMM, and Commercial teams to complex projects and remove blockers.
•Translate strategy into execution — Turn high-level goals into prioritized epics and user stories, balancing tech debt with new features and tracking delivery against metrics.
