Job Summary

Oversee and enhance Wise’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program for allocated business areas. Serve as a liaison between Relationship Owners and third-party providers to drive risk assessments, due diligence/external surveys, performance management (KPIs/SLAs), ongoing monitoring, and exit management. Support the Third Party Risk Leadership team with hands-on coordination to ensure timely, accurate TPRM activities and strong compliance and risk mitigation across your third-party portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

•Support allocated business areas in overseeing Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) risks and coordinating related activities.
•Conduct proactive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize third-party risks.
•Oversee due diligence/external surveys, ensuring third-party completion, escalation when needed, and monitoring gaps.
•Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for third-party providers, tracking performance and liaising with Relationship Owners on issues.
•Work with Relationship Owners to develop and execute exit strategies, including secure data transfer and termination of contractual obligations to reduce disruption and post-termination risk.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,850 - 3,850 monthly

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
•Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Information Security, and Business teams.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex technical evidence.
•Comfort working independently with little supervision while handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
