Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive V&V planning and execution for safety-critical AGSE systems in airport driving environments.
  • •Develop and maintain test plans and protocols to evaluate AV performance across the ODD, including edge-case scenarios.
  • •Oversee manual and automated test cases in closed-course and live operational environments to validate critical safety behaviors.
  • •Operate and monitor AVs in various driving modes and collect/analyze diagnostics, sensor streams, and incident data.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to report issues, identify root causes, validate fixes, and close test feedback loops while supporting release readiness and root cause analysis; mentor engineers in test-driven development.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years hands-on experience in vehicle testing, embedded systems, and/or robotics.
  • •Familiarity with automotive/AV test procedures in real-world and simulation environments.
  • •Experience with structured test processes (e.g., V-model, HIL/SIL) plus test automation and data analysis tools.
  • •Strong debugging skills and ability to communicate technical issues and solutions across levels of the organization.
