Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning, design, and delivery of ICT and telecommunications systems across projects.
  • •Develop structured cabling designs (copper and fibre) aligned with BICSI, TIA, ISO/IEC, and AS/NZS standards.
  • •Deliver and architect resilient, scalable network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/WLAN and converged IP networks.
  • •Prepare technical specifications, reports, schematics, drawings, and tender documentation; review RFIs and shop drawings during construction.
  • •Oversee the Technology Systems team in India, managing workload, quality, day-to-day operations, and providing mentoring and career development; act as liaison with Australian management team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •10+ years’ experience in ICT/building technology consultancy or systems integration.
  • •Experience leading structured cabling designs (copper and fibre) and delivering passive/active network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
  • •Knowledge of international standards including BICSI, TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, and AS/NZS.
  • •Team lead experience (highly desirable), with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.
