Job Summary

Lead the planning, design, and delivery of ICT and telecommunications systems across medium-to-large projects, from concept through handover. Develop structured cabling (copper and fibre) and scalable network architectures (LAN/WAN/WLAN, converged IP), ensuring integration with MEP, AV, BMS, security, and smart building systems. As Team Lead, oversee the India Technology Systems team, manage workload and quality, and partner with Australian leadership and clients across APAC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design, and delivery of ICT and telecommunications systems across projects.
•Develop structured cabling designs (copper and fibre) aligned with BICSI, TIA, ISO/IEC, and AS/NZS standards.
•Deliver and architect resilient, scalable network infrastructure including LAN/WAN/WLAN and converged IP networks.
•Prepare technical specifications, reports, schematics, drawings, and tender documentation; review RFIs and shop drawings during construction.
•Oversee the Technology Systems team in India, managing workload, quality, day-to-day operations, and providing mentoring and career development; act as liaison with Australian management team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
•10+ years’ experience in ICT/building technology consultancy or systems integration.
•Experience leading structured cabling designs (copper and fibre) and delivering passive/active network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
•Knowledge of international standards including BICSI, TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC, and AS/NZS.
•Team lead experience (highly desirable), with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.
