Job Summary

Own the end-to-end customer journey in Help Scout while executing Accounts Receivable workflows and precise invoicing. You’ll build saved replies, custom workflows, and automations to improve response times and efficiency, maintain 97%+ billing accuracy, and translate complex financial/technical topics for customers. Partner with Sales and Success as a first responder for cross-department issues, monitor ticket patterns, triage problems, and create training for customers and internal finance.

•Manage Help Scout and Accounts Receivable processes end to end, building saved replies, workflows, and automations to reduce response times.
•Execute invoicing with extreme precision to maintain 97%+ billing accuracy.
•Communicate tactfully with customers, explaining complex financial/technical topics and keeping the team updated on known product issues.
•Partner with Sales and Success to handle customer education and support, escalating cross-department issues to leadership.
•Analyze support ticket patterns to scope issues, triage outages, and develop training materials for customers and the internal finance team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in customer support, Accounts Receivable, and/or billing.

•Developed Excel/Google Sheets skills and exposure to NetSuite or QuickBooks.
•Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving to resolve complicated technical or financial hurdles.
