Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner community, building trust through proactive communication on project status and roadblocks.
  • •Orchestrate the production process by maintaining communication queue awareness to prioritize work and mitigate delays.
  • •Conduct weekly portfolio reviews to document progress, evaluate partner fitness and production plans, and escalate significant risks.
  • •Act as a technical subject matter expert to resolve production blockers through deep manufacturing technology knowledge.
  • •Manage RMA projects and negotiate financial reclamations related to non-conformance or late deliveries, while collaborating with Operations and PD&T teams and adhering to quality and safety policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain and/or customer service, preferably in manufacturing operations.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, timelines, and documentation.
  • •Proven ability to manage expectations of an identified customer group and meet schedule commitments.
  • •Proficiency in ERP tools and communication software, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
