Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical consultation for production design across live and virtual event experiences (video, audio, lighting, presentation).
  • •Coordinate and support virtual meetings/events on enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom), including live production support and moderation as needed.
  • •Oversee production design, setup, and configuration of control-room elements; test, validate, and ensure readiness through quality control.
  • •Operate and support end-to-end production workflows including show control, audio mixing/sound management, graphics creation and playout, video playback, and live streaming/encoding.
  • •Troubleshoot and maintain production facilities and control room equipment; perform preventative maintenance and produce incident/postmortem reports; perform basic postproduction editing and delivery support.
