•Architect, build, iterate, and manage the Android mobile application.
•Own key aspects of the Android development process from API creation to design.
•Partner with design, product, and engineering to create a seamless, intuitive user experience.
•Write high-quality, maintainable code and unit tests, including edge cases, usability, and reliability; participate in code reviews and provide feedback.
•Improve Android codebase architecture and development practices, including CD/CI processes, and lead or quarterback feature development end to end.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,900 - 261,100 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including developing and releasing Android apps to the PlayStore.
•Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design optimized for embedded systems.
•Experience with Java, Kotlin, and Android Studio.
•Knowledge of Android design patterns such as MVVM and Repository, with deep experience in Activity/Fragment lifecycles and component thread lifecycles.
•Proficiency with Git and CI (e.g., Jenkins), plus experience writing unit tests with JUnit and Mockito.
