Lead strategic product change for the A220 avionics within the Systems Program Development team, steering end-to-end onboard systems evolutions from initial launch through production and entry into service. Orchestrate a Multi-Functional Team (MFT) of specialists to keep engineering, industrialization, and procurement synchronized. Own four key program pillars—schedule, cost (NRC-RC), quality, and scope—and drive configuration management for complex changes while managing risks and stakeholder alignment.
