Key Responsibilities

•Cost planning and estimation for construction projects including BoQ, with emphasis on data centre systems (MEPF)
•Tendering and procurement management including vendor bid analysis and contract terms
•Contract administration including post-contract cost control, variations, EOTs, and final accounts
•Project financial control with monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and audit-ready documentation
•Risk and value management through cost risk identification and mitigation, collaboration with project team

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
•Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the SACQSP or RICS;
•Minimum 8–10+ years in quantity surveying within the construction industry;
•Proficient in Dimension X (DIMX), CostX, WinQS, and Microsoft Excel;
•Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
