Key Responsibilities

  • •Cost planning and estimation for construction projects including BoQ, with emphasis on data centre systems (MEPF)
  • •Tendering and procurement management including vendor bid analysis and contract terms
  • •Contract administration including post-contract cost control, variations, EOTs, and final accounts
  • •Project financial control with monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and audit-ready documentation
  • •Risk and value management through cost risk identification and mitigation, collaboration with project team

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
  • •Professional Quantity Surveyor (PrQS) with the SACQSP or RICS;
  • •Minimum 8–10+ years in quantity surveying within the construction industry;
  • •Proficient in Dimension X (DIMX), CostX, WinQS, and Microsoft Excel;
  • •Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
