Job Summary

Lead full-chip SoC timing activities for complex ASIC/SoCs, owning timing closure from synthesis through place-and-route, signoff, and tapeout. Develop and maintain timing constraints (including SDC), run and review static timing analysis across modes/corners, and drive timing methodology for robust PVT convergence. Tackle timing violations and correlation issues, plan timing ECO strategies, and collaborate across RTL, physical design, CTS, DFT, power, and signoff teams while mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-chip timing closure for complex SoC/ASIC designs across modes and corners.
•Own and drive timing signoff from synthesis through final tapeout.
•Develop, validate, and maintain timing constraints for full-chip and block-level integration, including SDC.
•Perform and review static timing analysis for setup/hold/recovery/removal, clock gating, and async paths.
•Drive timing violations analysis and ECO strategies, and coordinate with RTL/design and IP/block owners for timing budgeting and hierarchical signoff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,338,160 - 4,768,800 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC timing analysis and timing closure.
•Strong expertise in full-chip STA and timing signoff for large-scale SoCs.
•Experience with synthesis, place-and-route, extraction, and signoff flows.
•Proven work with advanced technology nodes (e.g., 7nm, 5nm, 3nm).
•Experience with timing budgeting, hierarchical/full-chip integration, and clocking architecture/CDC implications.
