Project Manager/Construction Manager-Data Center

Lead construction project management and oversight for new data hall builds, system enhancements, and capital initiatives. Own project scope, schedule, and budget; identify and mitigate construction, commercial, procurement, and contractual risks; manage contractor/vendor interfaces across bidding, execution, and closeout. Handle cost control, site inspections, contract administration (submittals, RFIs, change orders, invoicing), and quality/compliance with statutory and SLA requirements, while tracking construction metrics and driving issue troubleshooting.
