Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain momentum and drive delivery outcomes for a Technology transformation roadmap within the Innovation Centre.
  • •Establish and maintain consistent delivery frameworks, governance practices, reporting standards, and delivery controls.
  • •Own the plan and sequencing, hold stream leads to it, resolve conflicting dependencies, and ensure cohesive outcomes across workstreams.
  • •Manage risks, dependencies, and budget to deliver program outcomes aligned to the strategy.
  • •Provide portfolio oversight through prioritisation, sequencing, and dependency management across multiple initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in program and project delivery, including at least 3 years in program management and/or program/project management leadership.
  • •Degree qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •PRINCE2, MSP, Agile (or equivalent) delivery certifications are highly regarded.
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale delivery teams and embedding program/project management disciplines across complex portfolios.
  • •Extensive experience across multiple delivery methodologies, including PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Hybrid delivery models, and Lean Portfolio Management.
