  • •Architect and execute the GSI partner ecosystem model across DACH, establishing frameworks and multi-year roadmaps with Systems Integrators.
  • •Drive co-sell motions and joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic and regional partners to generate partner-led revenue and exceed growth targets.
  • •Institutionalize governance, executive alignment, and field resolution standards to accelerate deal velocity and reduce friction in large enterprise deals.
  • •Embed co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal registration workflows across the DACH GTM organization for opportunity conversion.
  • •Track partnership health and long-term ecosystem value through performance insights and provide feedback loops to product and engineering on model evolution and deployment architectures.

Key Requirements
