Key Responsibilities

•De-box frozen meat and perform grinding, meat blending/formulating, and stuffing product tasks.
•Operate Wolfking equipment and handle product movements such as hanging repeatedly above shoulder level, fermentation/tree transfer, and casing product.
•Comply with general safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements.
•Complete required job training and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
•Work all required shifts, including weekends, and be available for overtime; rotate through positions as applicable.

•Willing to perform kitchen general labor tasks including de-boxing frozen meat, grinding/blending/formulating, stuffing product, Wolfking operation, hanging product above shoulder level, fermentation/tree transfer, and casing.
•Must complete all required training and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
•Must be available to work all shifts (including weekends) and available for overtime; must provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening.
