Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed engineering of compressor packages and auxiliaries per international standards (API, ISO, ASME, etc.).
  • •Size, select, and engineer compressor support systems including drivers, heat exchangers, seal gas heaters, lube oil pumps, instruments, gauges, and surge control systems.
  • •Prepare technical documentation such as P&ID, datasheets, and GA drawings for customer-facing deliverables.
  • •Prepare RFQs and evaluate vendor offers for compressor package auxiliaries (lube oil systems, dry gas seal systems, pressure vessels, control valves, filters, etc.).
  • •Create part numbers and generate bill of materials in ERP; conduct design reviews, identify risks, and make recommendations while meeting customers and suppliers as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical rotating equipment engineering.
  • •Working knowledge of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines) and auxiliary systems (dry gas seal systems, lube oil systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, valves, filters).
  • •Strong knowledge of applicable industry standards (API-617, 692, 614, AGMA, NACE, etc.).
  • •Familiarity with engineering documentation and design standards.
