Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the management, preservation and audit of archive collections to ensure assets are protected and maintained to the highest standards.
  • •Oversee collection acquisitions, conservation activities and archive replicas with internal and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.
  • •Drive efficient archive operations including collections management systems, policies, procedures and risk mitigation plans across multiple archive locations.
  • •Provide expert collections guidance and research support by partnering with stakeholders across Design, Product, Styling, Brand Protection and other functions.
  • •Manage archive logistics, shipments and storage projects and lead/develop the Archive Assistant while fostering collaboration across teams and locations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in collections management in an archive, museum, heritage or related environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of collections management systems and confidence managing collection data and processes.
  • •Excellent organisational skills to prioritise multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • •Clear, effective communication skills and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
  • •Collaborative, solution-focused approach with confidence to work independently and make informed decisions.
