Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Shipping Partnerships business, helping expand Ebury’s fastest-growing client segment. You’ll discover treasury problems and opportunities for shipping, solve them through technology, analytics, product, and operations, and align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, Dealing). Manage requirements, epics, and user stories while conducting competitor analysis and deepening expertise in treasury management and legal technology workflows.

•Discover and assess the biggest treasury problems and opportunities for the shipping space.
•Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Drive product outcomes by collaborating with teams and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
•Identify high-impact opportunities across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth.
•Conduct competitor analysis for product offering, functionality, and pricing, and maintain deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

•Hands-on product building experience (product or operations leader) and ability to translate financial requirements into product specifications.
