•Perform table maintenance duties per Live Nation service standards.
•Complete opening/running/closing duties and respond to guest inquiries and requests politely.
•Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area during the shift.
•Keep the floor neat and clean by removing food/trash obstacles, cleaning spills promptly, and stocking lines.
•Keep current on standard operating procedures, menu items/descriptions, and private party service guidelines, and follow safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.18 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
•Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment.
•Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of urgency and time management.
•Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and ability to make critical decisions.
•High school diploma.
