Job Summary

Drive Mastercard Services growth in Romania and Bulgaria by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and translating client needs into Mastercard consulting and technology-enabled solutions. Support proposal development and commercial recommendations using data, insights, and market trends. Partner cross-functionally to support deal origination through execution and contribute to revenue growth with new and expanded client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support growth of Mastercard Services across Romania and Bulgaria by identifying and developing business opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
•Understand client priorities and business challenges to identify relevant Mastercard Services solutions.
•Contribute to development of client proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations.
•Leverage data, insights, and market trends to support client discussions and solution development, partnering cross-functionally through sales and execution.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree required.
•Experience in business development, consulting, sales, account management, partnerships, or another client-facing commercial role.
•Demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively manage client interactions.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client needs into practical, actionable solutions.
•Fluency in Romanian and English is required (Bulgarian is an advantage).
