Key Responsibilities

  • •Stabilise and own the IAM request queue as the company scales, establishing a time-to-resolution baseline and prioritising urgent requests.
  • •Build and maintain SCIM auto-provisioning for day-one account setup across SaaS tools (Okta, Slack, GitHub), owning end-to-end flow from requirements through troubleshooting.
  • •Design and execute the IAM enrolment improvements roadmap, including Mac/Windows enrolment, progressing the Okta rollout, and building fallback workflows in Tines.
  • •Partner with GRC to run automated access reviews and certification campaigns, designing review workflows and maintaining data pipelines.
  • •Progress IAM technical debt and risk, owning JIT/PAM initiatives and least-privilege evidence collection for audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Ship identity or access management systems in production, with experience of Okta (or similar IDPs), SCIM provisioning, and access review workflows.
  • •Build automation and integrate tools such as Tines, Okta, and cloud IAM services; understand least-privilege, deprovisioning, and audit trails.
  • •Demonstrate strong operational ownership by triaging an inherited IAM backlog and driving time-to-resolution.
  • •Reason through access problems and translate business requirements into working systems.
  • •Collaborate effectively with non-engineering teams such as GRC, People, and compliance, working at the seam between functions.
