Senior AI Researcher

Architect and execute frontier AI research that sets Foundation AI’s long-term technical direction, from multi-year program planning to invention of novel architectures and algorithms. Drive research across foundation models, agentic AI, reasoning, reinforcement learning, mechanistic interpretability, multimodal learning, and scalable training and inference. Build evaluation benchmarks to improve reliability and safety, collaborate with engineering/product/security to deploy research into production, mentor researchers, publish at top conferences, and lead external technical representation.
