Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Contractor Safety Program by entering, tracking, trending, and completing incident investigations for the Operations Support Group.
  • •Assist with compliance monitoring of contractor safety programs related to Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and applicable PSM/RMP programs.
  • •Learn and apply incident root cause analysis (RCA) or SCAT techniques, principles, and practices.
  • •Enter initial incident data into the companies incident management database and develop incident reports for KPI tracking.
  • •Provide contractor help sessions and support internal and contractor requests for ISN/Contractor Safety Program user training.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • •Self-motivated and able to perform duties with little direct supervision.
  • •Knowledge or passion to support OSHA safety compliance and EPA Risk Management Program, spill containment, and waste management programs.
  • •Ability to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, keep required schedules, and follow work rules.
  • •Highly skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite for project-related tasks.
