Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish a release management process aligned to card network mandates, advising cross-functional partners on impacts, changes, and timelines.
  • •Review and assess biannual card network releases to identify initiatives impacting Stripe, coordinating visibility and prioritization across teams.
  • •Create compliance monitoring frameworks, running audits/assessments to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the payments industry with expertise in card networks and card network rules/compliance activities.
  • •In-depth understanding of acquiring platforms and systems and how they interact with card network products and processes.
  • •Proficient with JIRA for project management/tracking; familiar with card network portals; comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for collaboration and documentation.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop new processes and strategies.
  • •Strong program and project management skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders and drive change.
