Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform soldering and assembly work to IPC-610 Class 3 and J-Std-001 requirements.
  • •Build complex electronic assemblies, terminal boards, printed circuit boards, and heat sinks.
  • •Work from drawings, bills of materials, special model sheets, and other input documents; match drawings to bills of materials.
  • •Use measuring and test equipment and hand tools (e.g., air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses) as needed.
  • •Cross-train in different production areas and support a safe, clean environment while contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •1+ years of experience in related manufacturing assembly operations.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and follow product specifications, drawings, and work orders.
  • •Ability to perform soldering and de-soldering for IPC-610 Class 3 and J-Std-001 requirements.
  • •Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
