Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and champion programme vision, aligning to client business objectives and investment strategies across the full programme lifecycle.
  • •Provide executive leadership by setting programme management and control frameworks with clear governance, accountability and transparency.
  • •Influence C-suite and other senior stakeholders through structured engagement to secure alignment and navigate complex governance environments.
  • •Maintain accountability for programme commercial performance and financial governance, including forecasting, reporting, investment controls and value management.
  • •Lead programme-wide risk management and health & safety leadership, ensuring compliance and effective safeguards for people, assets and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering high-profile, large-scale, complex transformation/real estate programmes (£250-£500m+) with tangible client outcomes.
  • •Strong project delivery background progressing into programme leadership within a construction environment.
  • •Experience leading and integrating large multidisciplinary teams across project management, controls, technical and commercial functions.
  • •Strong understanding of construction project delivery models, procurement routes and contracts (NEC, JCT).
  • •Demonstrable people management experience including coaching, mentoring and talent development, with health and safety leadership capability.
