Key Responsibilities

•Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; configure and test derived solutions.
•Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; apply Workday standard methodologies.
•Demonstrate configurations through prototype development and assist with creating solutions for client or internal review.
•Help convert legacy data into Workday and support clients in testing the designed solutions.
•Analyze Workday release updates to understand feature-change impacts on clients’ existing configurations and manage multiple projects.

Key Requirements

•Workday Time Tracking/Absence Certification is required.
•5+ years of Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation experience for customers of all sizes.
•Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, and related business processes.
•Knowledge of Payroll and an excellent understanding of Payroll legislation (Workday Payroll Certification is an additional advantage).
•Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with strong communication and customer collaboration abilities.
