•Drive high-cadence Product Core Team forums and Deep Dive reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline agentic release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met.
•Act as a catalyst for change within Product and Technology, fostering a culture of innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery engine.
•Enable the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
•Serve as a trusted advisor for senior-level stakeholders, providing data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
•Lead and develop a high-output TPM team to execute cross-functional programs that merge human ingenuity with AI agents across the commerce lifecycle.

Salary: USD 150,100 - 273,000 annually

•10+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
•5+ years of Technical Program Management experience at the Manager level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams.

•Exceptional communication skills with the ability to drive consensus across a global, matrixed organization.
•A related technical degree is required.
