Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow set procedures for removing molds from molding machines, including disconnecting water/hydraulic lines and unclamping/unfastening molds.
  • •Follow set procedures for installing molds into machines, including connecting water/hydraulic lines and clamping/fastening molds.
  • •Clean and repair molding nozzles.
  • •Wire heater bands together and install/remove inserts for molds as scheduled.
  • •Rig molds for removal/installation and transport molds within the facility using crane and forklift, while maintaining cleanliness and safety.
