Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead the long-term AI agent security blueprint, architectural patterns, and secure workflows for MCP integrations and multi-agent coordination.
  • •Architect runtime guardrails and policy enforcement to prevent prompt leaks, goal hijacking, and indirect prompt injections.
  • •Design secure agent execution and tool sandboxing with short-lived micro-isolated environments in partnership with Infrastructure and AppSec.
  • •Conduct agentic threat modeling and AI red-teaming to uncover vulnerabilities across RAG context pipelines and tool-calling interfaces.
  • •Create security source-of-truth documentation, risk-register updates, and auditability/observability standards for agent reasoning chains and tool execution history.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in security engineering or security architecture, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML security, LLM application security, or securing agentic frameworks.
  • •Deep understanding of agentic architectures and protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and ReAct frameworks, plus vector database technologies.
  • •Hands-on expertise in agentic AI threat vectors including indirect prompt injection, goal hijacking, tool parameter tampering, data poisoning, and context contamination.
  • •Apply safety standards and risk frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 for LLMs & AI Agents, NIST AI RMF, and MITRE ATLAS.
  • •Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with experience building security tooling/guardrails and authoring security architecture documentation.
