•Shape enterprise and BU strategy through executive influence, ensuring alignment between business goals, organizational design, and talent strategies.
•Lead forward-looking organization and talent strategy, building a resilient leadership bench and critical capabilities.
•Elevate executive leadership capability and effectiveness through candid counsel, coaching, and influencing decisions at the highest levels.
•Drive enterprise-level organizational effectiveness and transformation, including organization design, operating model evolution, and transformation initiatives.
•Leverage advanced analytics to translate enterprise data and workforce insights into actionable talent and organization strategies.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 275,000 annually

•Anticipate organizational needs by diagnosing trends in capability, structure, and leadership effectiveness before performance is impacted.
•Architect integrated talent strategies, including succession, leadership development, workforce planning, and external pipelining.
•Provide candid counsel, coach senior executives, and influence leadership decisions around team composition, culture, and organizational health.
•Demonstrate enterprise business acumen and strategic leadership across business units, geographies, and functions to deliver integrated outcomes.
