Job Summary

Drive innovation in SEB’s Strategy & Innovation team by building collaborations with academia, startups, and other ecosystem partners. Identify opportunities, lead initiatives from idea through execution, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and evaluate impact. Help develop and activate SEB’s Innovation Center as a hub for collaboration, experimentation, learning, and events—translating ambitious goals into concrete plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive innovation initiatives that create tangible value for SEB, customers, partners, and society.
•Lead innovation initiatives from idea to execution and evolution by understanding market and technology trends.
•Manage and coordinate complex projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
•Build and manage strategic collaborations with academia and startups, including the investment community ecosystem.
•Develop and activate SEB’s Innovation Center as a platform for collaboration, learning, and experimentation, including planning events and initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
•Experience leading projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
•Understanding market and technology trends to drive innovation initiatives.
•Proven ability to take initiative from idea to implementation.
•Fluency in Estonian and English (university degree in Business/Computer Science preferred).
