•Set the vision and own Dave’s MarTech Stack, including paid channel automation, attribution, lifecycle, and experimentation infrastructure; decide build vs buy and manage vendor selection and integrations.
•Own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy—from CMS and landing pages to web-to-app and deep-linking—collaborating with product teams to streamline registration and onboarding.
•Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, and Marketing to align priorities and ensure efficient execution toward business outcomes.
•Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining experimentation frameworks to test growth hypotheses across channels, creatives, and landing experiences.
•Stay ahead of MarTech/AdTech evolution, translating risks, impacts, and opportunities into clear guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 187,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in MarTech and Product Management in a high-volume B2C tech environment; fintech experience is a plus.
•Deep Martech domain expertise with analytics/attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude) including iOS tracking frameworks like SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
•Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, operations and external partners.
•Executive-ready communicator able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite, regulators, and network partners.
•Analytical mindset with strong SQL and data analysis skills (Python/R a plus); AI-driven curiosity to apply AI in product work.
