Support live events by performing load-ins and load-outs, handling band and rental equipment, and assisting stage management with passes, guest lists, and show communications. Assist audio and lighting crews with cabling and stage operations, including band set changes, spotlight operation, and maintenance/repair of sound, light, and stage equipment.
