Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills including scouting, crop protection and nutrient products, seed, and custom application procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and complete record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment including legs, conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, trucks, and more.
  • •Provide customer service and assist customers as needed while maintaining compliance with CHS Environmental and Safety policy.

  • •Currently enrolled in an Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • •CDL license preferred.
