Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
  • •Provide finance support for Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studio teams and influence business outcomes through analysis of risks and opportunities.
  • •Create executive-level reporting and presentation materials explaining financial performance, variance drivers, and recommended actions.
  • •Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, and related processes to ensure Creative and Services team costs are accurately planned, tracked, and allocated.
  • •Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals while driving standardization, automation, and process improvements across planning and forecasting.
