Job Summary

Monitor and control process equipment and related systems at an RNG gas processing facility, including pumps, compressors, rotating equipment, and SCADA data. Operate start/stop functions to maintain operating parameters, perform inspections, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support root-cause analysis. Help develop and review preventative/predictive maintenance programs, write reports with findings and corrective actions, and assist with training to improve reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in planning and performing maintenance and repairs on compressors, engines, turbines, auxiliary equipment, pumps, process controls, and related equipment.
•Support RNG system start ups and perform visual and routine inspections of RNG systems.
•Troubleshoot and assist Engineering and Operations with root cause analysis of rotating and fixed equipment, including piping and mechanical/auxiliary systems.
•Monitor SCADA data and trends to prioritize inspections and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Assist with preventative/predictive maintenance program development and periodic review to reduce unplanned shutdowns and improve equipment availability.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
•Two years of experience inspecting, maintaining, or operating rotating and fixed equipment.
•Knowledge of compressor, pump, and general processing plant operations and gas/liquid processing fundamentals.
•Experience analyzing, adjusting, and making minor repairs on compressors, pumps, and associated equipment.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
